Golden Ticket Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is organised and promoted by Merchant's Jewellers ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the competition, participants must scan the official QR code and complete the entry form with their details.

• By submitting their details, entrants confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Marketing Consent

• By entering the competition, participants explicitly agree to receive marketing communications from Merchant's Jewellers.

• Participants confirm that they are opting in to receive communications from Merchant's Jewellers only.

• No data will be shared with or used by any third-party providers for marketing purposes.

5. Entry Deadline

• All entries must be submitted by 10:00 AM on Saturday, 4th April 2026.

• Entries received after this time will not be valid.

6. Prize

• Prizes are awarded as described in the competition materials.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

• Prizes are provided "as seen" and no alterations or substitutions will be offered.

7. Winner Notification & Claim Process

• To determine whether they have won, entrants must locate "Mr Wonka" on Saturday, 4th April 2026 between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

• Entrants must introduce themselves to Mr Wonka in person.

• Mr Wonka will confirm whether the entrant is on the winners list.

• Failure to attend and identify themselves within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of any prize.

8. Competition Closing Time

• The competition will officially close at 3:00 PM on Saturday, 4th April 2026.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control.

10. Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

11. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Data will be used solely for the administration of this competition and for marketing communications from Merchant's Jewellers as consented.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By entering this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
